In a culture of consumption and competition, not to mention the power of social media, being a parent is not easy.

According to best-selling author Lisa Bloom’s new book, “Swagger,” bringing up boys in today’s society is harder still.

She sat down on The Couch to talk about why that is and what parents can do to help raise their sons.
